The listing, Blue Topaz Ring 18Kt? Size 7 or 6 has ended.

I bought this here on listia and it was represented to me as 18kt gold. After it got here I could clearly see the markings inside the ring 18kt G E. Which means 18KT Gold Electroplate. I am very disappointed. But my main thing is it doesn't fit. It has a nice blue topaz? stone. There are 2 small diamond? stones left in the outer ring of prongs. There should be 12, but obviously 10 have fallen out or been taken out. It is still a beautiful ring. I just want to be honest with everyone.

Here,Here, I feel for you too! What is going on on Listia since right after Christmas, I have been bomboarded with scammers. There should be some type of standard set like for the Coach authenticity! Because bidding high credits, waiting on disputes is so frustrating. And how do these adults sleep, then they talk about our teens of today! Just ***** me off as a retired juvenile officer. The truth is so free and it is time saving. When we hear, "I can't see the letters, or it was my granny's, how old are you and can't you ask someone to look for you? Sorry to run on but do not take it as hard as I do, because I literally made my self sick. Thank God Listia refund my credits many times, now I'm waiting for several claims. The Postal Inspector has tried feverishly to get me to understand not all employees nor sellers are honest. Well, I know this. He said, if the seller is not trying to locate the package, most likely it was never sent. And he said, many package are scanned empty? I was stunned. Good Luck, this ring looks pretty someone will cherish it. I can't use any metal but gold or sterling silver, titanium.

you should have just requested credits and also they should have paid shipping for return BUT just know that most if not all 18k is indeed plated.... im a jewelry person. so make a note of that, it is sad that trust is such an issue. I find that most people here are trustworthy. there are red flags if one choses to see them or is educated to do so. ask around too if you dont know... if i know something i am glad to share it. like coach and dooney... its easy to tell the reals from the fakes. there is a way to find it out too.... and if you dont get enough information then dont bid....

thanks for the info. next time I'll know. I've had a lot of jewelry, rings, necklaces, etc. I've had a few pieces of 18kt but never a ring in 18kt. So I was hoping this was nice. I haven't been on here long enough to know how to request a refund or anything like that. I'll learn as I go. Thanks for everything.

You should post the name of the person who listed it so that we can all stay away from her. I had an experience with a very dishonest person on listia. Luckily, listia refunded my points but it put a real bad taste in my mouth that I can't quite get rid of.

I won a beautiful Turqoise and silver necklace and earrings. sent a money order for 5.88 never seen hide nor hair of them. the lady said good luck mail ran like pony express in the Mt area of California. Well that was January and it is July. The ponys must have died on the way. too late to do anything. I am glad there aren't many people on here that lie.

That is horrible when people do that kind of stuff! Sorry it didn't turn out as you expected. When I put up my auctions, I describe the stuff to the best of my ability. There is absolutely no sense in scamming people. I had bid on one thing and because I didn't know at the time how to get my full shipping address set up (only showed my name and my town and zip code) the person sent it right after I fixed it (I have Aspergers and this stuff confuses me lol)..just got an email from them not too long ago asking me to say I got this item so they can get their credits..when I haven't even gotten it yet! o.O I even asked them earlier on that if it comes back to them, could they re-send it...eesh...the gall of some people. Karma will get the scammers and other derps in one way or another. Going to fan you! =)

Love your icon btw. :) Yeah it isn't nice the way people do things. She said she didn't see the GE but it was there plain as day. Like I said I'm not mad, just disappointed. I'm ADHD and can't concentrate very long. So it takes a lot for me to sit here and get stuff listed or go through pages looking for stuff.
