Since it is very rare & HTF. This handcrafted item is described as -Tuxedo can't reach very far, so Snowball lifts him high To hang a shiny wishing star in the winter sky. It is adorable - the animals look furry and lively; it is Brand new & boxed (as you can see from the pics). This rare item was released in 2002 & made in the USA.
