It's not porcelein, im not really sure what the material is... It might be plastic... Yes, it's from smoke free home.... You're welcome =)

it is marked "HD" on the back of the neck.. This doll came with original box and the box says "gura" Bad Toelz (Bavaria) Made in Germany, I'd rather not mail the box because it would increase the shipping a lot.. My husband bought at a garage sale the Lady told him she got it back in 1950s in Germany... Hope that helps.. Thanks for looking =) have a great weekend..
