$50, that's right fifty dollars in vudu credit. These are the special holiday codes only good until January 31st. I am offering five $10 codes that can be used for disc to digital conversion or to make purchases in the vudu store.

It will allow you to enter 5 codes. Just like the $5 codes.

Yeah, I haven't figured out how to take a screenshot of my account yet, but I'm going to try to get that picture up to show that it let me redeem 5 codes.

It says that on the sticker, but just like all their promotions, it does in fact allow 5. I'll try to get a screenshot of my account to verify this for you all.

Good till Jan 31st meaning until then to redeem the code or once redeemed you have to spend it all before Jan 31st in your account?

You have until then to redeem the codes. Once the credit is on your account, you have as long as you want to use it.

actually on the $5 codes for sure, there is an expiration date, but you do get a message on your account that will say "you have $8.78 worth of credit that will expire XYZ date, so it will automatically warn you about a month or so ahead of time which is nice, and it redeems the older credits first for you, somehow it knows :-)
