'__Watermelon Rice heating pack'.: When you receive it , you will need to put one pound of raw rice in it.. Heat it in the microwave only. start at one minuet at time to heat for you. I recommend 1 minuet .Place a small towel on your skin and then the Rice pack. enjoy. I am not responsible if you burn yourself. Always take precaution.
