Interesting! What does it taste like-a potato or celery? Are the top stalks edible?

It tastes like celery and parsley a bit but it milder and you dont get that chewing on grass mouth feel. The tops can be eaten but not tight and as brauny as other varieties of celery because it is grown mostly for the tuber like root. Have you ever eaten the celery leaves from common varieties of celery? The way the leaves are so much more zesty than the stalks is the way the stalks are zestier than the root.
