This brand new never used or opened. I just got it about 2 weeks ago so it is still new. Works great for babies diaper rashes, fresh tattoos, etc.

hi! this should definitely NOT be used on tattoos :) i'm a professionalyl trained piercer, i've been working in a shop for over 3 years, trust me on this one! definitely great for rashes, though!

well ive used it on my tattoos and my husband is a professional tattoo artist and all my tats look new still...so it didn't hurt mine...or any my husbands done. so i dunno.
