Here are 2 silver rabbit coins representing the chinese lunar year. one of them is in bad shape and the other is ok. i didn't want to just throw the bad one away. it can probably be restored.

Are they actually made of silver? If so, what percent?

The seller I bought them from said they are 1 troy ounce of .999 silver; which is still too unclear to me. They are more likely to be silver-plated but I'm not sure.
