The listing, AT&T iPhone 4 16gb *has issues* LOW GIN has ended.

I got this off Listia thinking I would fix the cracked screen and use it but when I reset the phone it asked me to connect to iTunes. When I did, it gave me an error (see picture #5). I don't know how to fix that. I can tell you for sure that it is not iCloud locked. When I got the phone it was but the original owners email was in the phone so I contacted him and he gave me the password to remove it. So I was definitely able to remove that. As you can see, the front and back is cracked badly. I'm listing this phone "as-is" so do not bid or GIN if you don't understand this. I don't know if this phone can be fixed. No cord but I will send it with a full charge. No refunds at all. Shipping will only be free if GIN is used.
