The listing, OLD (Pre-1990) COIN OF POLAND 1 Złoty has ended.
In 1950 Poland issued the third series of złoty coins. All denominations were minted in aluminum.
In 1990 the Polish currency was revalued 1:10,000 That is, for 10,000 old Złoty you received one (1) new Złoty. (Now THAT'S Inflation!)
Offered is one of those old coins. I have dates between 1975 and 1988. Being aluminum, the newer coins show less wear than the older coins. But due to the extremely high inflation rate most coins saw little circulation. So even the older ones are in good condition.
Winner will receive one of these coins and may select the date desired.
NOTE: The first 3 photos are of the actual coins taken with a crummy web cam. The coins are actually much better than they look in those photos and are actually more like the 4th and 5th photos which are stock. (I do not have a 1990 coin.)
