If it was a real ZIPPO, it would be marked on the bottom of the lighter ZIPPO along with BRADFORD, PA.

It will not let me update this post. The bottom is perfect. Solid. The inside still has the padding and all the cotton in it. All it needs is fluid and a new flint. Thanks for looking. Happy holidays!

This is just a generic flip top lighter, to be a real Zippo it has to be made by the company "Zippo".
