This phone was mine. It was used on the AT&T network, but I don't know if it can be 'flashed' or 'unlocked' for use on other networks. The phone works very well. I have done a master re-set. I don't ever remember using a 'code' to lock or unlock the phone, so it's probably still set to the default. Along with the phone is a case and a USB cable for charging via PC or data transfer.

Yes, you can use a sim card with it. In fact, I'm not sure if you can use it without one. There are no issues with the phone. No scratches on the glass. A few small cosmetic scratches on the back case. The trackball works well. It will occasionally get dirty, but that's normal for all Blackberry devices with a trackball and they are easy to clean without taking the phone apart. As a warning, whatever you do, don't load it down with apps. It's easy to get this that and the other from the app store, but some apps are not friendly with others and will crash your device. And the more apps you have installed the longer it takes to restart your phone because it needs to do a full startup check for everything installed. Phone quality is better than the Droid 2 that I have now. I used it primarily for listening to audio and watching videos. You can use it as a web browser, e-reader, yadda yadda. I'd consider it a mid-level smart phone.
