i apologize folks!! i need to retract the following statement:

i double checked the actual item after having amended this listing and the marcasite that looks like it is missing in the second photo is, in fact, missing. it is still brand new and has never been worn - i don't understand how or when the marcasite came loose...it is easily replaceable and still does not detract from the beauty of this item!! thank you to my watchers...i double checked to make sure that if any of you out there bid on this that it is in perfect condition and just found this tiny defect...you have my apologies if this listing was misleading at any point in time....thanks for looking anyway!!
