OK, I'm kind of dumb here......what does the 63 mean in the title? "1961 Proof 63 Penny"

Coins are graded on a scale of 1 to 70. 1 is you can barely tell what it is, and 70 is perfect. The higher the number, the better the coin and it is worth more. A proof is normally a 63 or better. I think this is better than a 63, but I would rather not call it that because that is only my opinion.
