I mean, if you have a GPU it will be different as I do, of I try to install it, I will have not space. So that's why it depends on if you have a GPU or not, and of you PS7 power cable is long enough.

It's a desktop card. There's USb versions which can go in almost any computer.

The card just slides in and depending on your OS you may need to get the drivers from the Creative website (support.creative.com). Windows 7 at least will recognize it without having to download drivers.

Please note that this soundcard is for desktop PC. Plus you NEED to make sure that you PSU cable is long enough to reach the cable. If it doesn't then this soundcard will be useless. Becareful before bidding as I am experienced with computers.

There's no need for a PSU cable and there's no place to connect a PSU cable on the Sound Blaster. The audio card gets power from the motherboard. If you are not sure this is correct you can locate & download the quick start guide for the Sound Blaster Audigy on Creative's website and see for yourself.
