Making lipgloss is a hobby of mine. Every so often I decide to decorate the top. This was a plain ol clear top until I added some pizazz.
Ingredients: petroleum jelly (Vaseline with coco butter), candy flavoring, tint.
****All ingredients are safe, only 3 ingredients go into my lipglosses. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and please be clear what you are trying to ask.
