I'm not sure what you mean. the date in the front of the book says 2004

Do you think there is a difference from when it came out to now like is the book acurate being that it's 2014 n it was written in 2004

Honestly I don't know. I only bought it at Books A Million about 3 years ago. My son is Autistic as well as has adhd and I found the book very helpful
