It is Tibetan silver. I'm not sure about the turquoise, but I truly think it is a lightweight fashion type piece. It was a gift so I really do not know. I'm familiar with the Tibetan silver though so I'm confident in that. I know I've not been much help lol. I'm just being as honest as I can. Hope it did help somewhat!!
