This lot of items is brand new, although I did use a couple of orange pipe cleaners and a pair of googly eyes for a Sunday school project for some kiddos! I no longer teach, so hopefully someone can put these goodies to use :) shipping is not free, sorry - it's just not something I can do at this time. I accept paypal only for payment and I only ship in Fridays or Saturdays. I used a medium box flat rate, but other options may be available depending upon preference. I choose flat rate priority shipping because it's fast, includes tracking, and does not change based on weight of the item.
