does it stick to nails

yes, but you have to mix it with clear polish, acrylic or glue. This is very fine glitter. I think you can mix it with a lot of things as long as it is oily or sticky.

Fyi - this glitter is used in nail acrylic - it is dry powder, but at your own discretion can be used for anything is long as it is sticky and safe for your skin.

*** for example - mixing with primer - and fixing with theatre make-up spray.
