I do not know what a GIN is...I have seen that on here but have not figured out what that is yet...I will try to look it up

Go to edit on your listing (at the top) and go down and see if it says advanced on the side. If so you can do a gin get it now there if not don't worry about it.

What size cuff is it?

It is what I consider "regular". I will measure in the am. It would fit most adults. A small child, it would only work if you were doing a poplitier BP and I would guess an obese person you would want to use the wrist with this size. I will check actual size in am. I thought I answered this once so I am sorry if you the same message twice..haha..I may have forgot to press send. I hope that helps for now.

Oh there's nothing you can do. If I win it I'll take it. Most auctioners apply a "no buyers remorse" clause. I assumed I would be buying it if I bid. But I was just sharing what my top bid was in case someone wanted it more than me so they would know exactly what to bid to out bid me. However, if the bids end and you aren't happy with the price. I will gladly support you contacted Listia for a mutual reversal. :)
