Just so that everyone knows, this may be my last big auction with live plants! Reason is" Listia keep holding back my credits! I've been here for over a year and every time I get a big amount of credits for an auction they hold it from me until the buyer says they got it. I am an honest legit Seller that provides nothing but A+ service and it's not fair to me that I'm treated like a beginner! Sorry for venting but I had to let this out! Enjoy this auction because it just may be my last! Aloha

They hold credits back on EVERYONE till buyer clicks got it. Listia Rule...no one else gets any different treatment either.
If its released before its recieved...buyer has no chance of recourse. You could ask the buyer to release the credits. Its up to the buyer to make that decision. Some will and some wont..doesnt hurt to ask!! :-)

She's right,,,,,,,it is just one of the rules of the game. I have been "stiffed" several times and let me tell you, it is no fun waiting the appropriate amount of time before you can file a claim and THEN you have to wait for the buyer to respond before you get your credits. I am just one person, but imagine how many people try to get credits fraudulently. I have had some people bid that weren't even verified at the end of the auction (as a seller). And I have had buyers that ran a good auction and as soon as I verified my info I never got the product and never heard from them again.

Those few have made it bad for us so,,,,,,,,,,,,rules are put into place to help protect everyone.

If you enjoy Listia and if that is your only angst,,,,,I would say you are doing pretty much ok.
