the clock is at 1:15, do you know if this has any meaning? why would a clock be in the center of an anchor?

I don't know why, or if it has any meaning. I have hundreds of anchors in my craft room. My daughter is an alum of Alpha Sigma Tau , while she was active I made lots of jewelry and sewn items for there house, and had craft nights for the girls, and there families. I saw these on E Bay and wondered about them myself, the girls used most of them, but I still have a few.
