Are these actually brand new? Cause I don't want to use headphones that were in other people's ears. :) I'm just wondering cause it says "Brand New" in the quotations.

Of course they are "NEW". If they were not, I wouldn't list them as "NEW". This is actually like the third pair of these that I have listed. I only put it in quotations to spike people's interest. Thanks for the comment, Good Luck (8

They are a generic brand from china. I've been using some like these in place of a pair of Sony's that I lost and the quality is comparable to them as well as Apple earphones that I've used in the past.
