Disk ONLY.. do not have case or booklet. HOWEVER, I DO have the Serial Code. Light minor scratches, do NOT affect the games play. I have a serial code with this game.. it worked fine, however, if it does not work for you.. you can get another online easily.

already have Life Stories but will be keeping an eye on this one. I already have Sims 3, but my daughter loves to play it too, so I don't get to play much. My Sims miss me LoL or is it the other way around? =)
