Thank You for the nice comment, I have my Hair long for the last 30-Years and they grow so fast back, don't wash Your hair to often no more then 3-times a week, once a month I put Olive oil on it over night and put some plastic over the hair and a Tao and it really moistener the Hair You will feel a different after doing it it just a couple of times and the next day just wash the oil out real good and replied this every month, it works for me

Thnx for the tip!! I've had long hair my whole life except for a few years when I was in my joan jett & madonna stage..lol..I really miss the pretty city of SF. Last time I was there I went to a wedding at the presidio which was about 15yrs ago.. What a place!!!
