I go by what my MTG playing Fiance says. These are from the Portal series. He says it's like a beginner's deck, not for tournament play. VERY lightly handled, never been played! All have been put in protective sleeves! Everything else you need to know about them is in the pictures!

Actually, I would say beginner in this case because there was Portal 1, Portal 2, Starter 1999 & I believe the other beginner set was Starter 2000. Portal 1 has the round expansion symbol in these pictures. Portal 2 had a pentagon shaped symbol, Starter 1999 had a star symbol and Starter 2000 had no symbol.
