These are actually highly unsafe to use. :( They are flammable and are not crash tested with the carseat. This would be perfect for an expired seat or a seat that was involved in an accident that you don't want to throw out, though. Just sew the strap holes closed, slip it over the carseat, and you have a cute reading chair for your kids. :)
