size is on the tag it is a Medium and yes it is very warm.

Is it a med in juniors or women's also im a 38 C in the bust , a size 28 in the waist will it fit me

Its a Medium in women. I am a 42 D bust and it just wont zip closed all the way so I think it should fit you fine. Bear in mind it's a bolero so it is shorter in the waist.
