Description

The listing, Ruby Queen Corn and Silver Queen Corn (Sweet Corn) has ended.

(2) Ruby Queen Corn Seeds
Plant produces good yields of 8" long ears of red corn. Yes, it's really red! This is an extra sweet, tender variety that is very flavorful! The ears have 16 to 18 rows of kernels. Best when picked when it is blush red for maximum sweetness. Or you can let it ripen to full red so it can develop its rich, old fashioned flavor

(2) Silver Queen Corn Seeds
Combines size, sweetness and lasting quality! Tall, attractive plants produce 8- to 9-in. ears with 14-16 rows of creamy, white kernels. Leaf blight tolerant.

You may be able to cross breed the two into a pink blend. It's worth a try. I am trying it now.

I am also trying out blue and purple corn in my garden now, as well as white, yellow, and ruby. So stay tuned, purple and blue may be in upcoming auctions.

Bid Often and Happy Gardening!

I have about 6 or so Ruby Queen plants going and they actually are producing corn but it LOOKS like they are going to be very small and not totally maturing. But please keep us informed on the other varieties you are trying.

I just got blue and purple corn seeds out of China. I am not sure what variety. They sprouted yesterday. Friend me on FB, we can keep in touch about it. Love the pic. We have crested Pekings too.
