A wonderful lot of 8 unique postcards featuring the art of Elsa Beskow, a Swedish illustrator of children's books. They have been wonderfully maintained through the years and are in excellent antique condition......colors are excellent!!!

I believe these to be from the 20s, but maybe the 30s, or maybe pre-20s.....really not sure, but really old. My research, and others acquired at the same time that were used with dated postal stamps from the late 20s, has led me to believe these are from then, but I am not an expert, and I can't seem to pin down an exact date. Anyway....they're beautiful!!!! and in beautiful condition too.....stored flat, away from heat and light for a long time!!! And don't smell like old mildew.
