It is a Prooflike coin, Canada's highest quality at the time and on NGC's scale of 1 to 70, it ranks a 65. If it was a regular uncirculated coin, it would be an MS65, a proof coin, PF65, and since it is Prooflike, PL65. It is near perfection, very few coins grade higher.
