Tracy I can tell you the beachbody programs WORK if you follow them. I personally went from a size 14 to a size 4 in 90 days using their modified beginner workout called body gospel. I have physical limitations however and this workout is too advanced for me. I am currently doing T25 and love it. PM me on FB if you have any questions on them and I can help you out.
