It is in good condition. No chips or cracks that i could find. It was used as a vase for flowers so the inside is dirty, and will need to be cleaned thoroughly if you plan on using it for food. If not, put some flowers in it and you have a very nice vase.

it stands about 4.75 inches tall and is about 4 inches wide (not including handle). The plate is about 6 inches at its widest.

I usually ship first class mail, which usually takes 2-5 business days. First class mail weight limit is 13 ounces. If the item is heavier than that, it will go either standard select or priority, whichever is cheaper. Books always ship media mail.
