This is a used Nintendo DSi it works it does not come with a charger the only thing wrong with it is a "scratch" on the bottom screen please see pictures it does not affect the use of the Nintendo you can still play your games with no problems.

This item is being sold as is no refunds or returns will be accepted I will ship free to listia verified addresses only make sure your verified before you start bidding.

Do yourself as well as everyone else a big favor if you don't like the price keep moving don't leave a rude comment you'll only end up blocked from all of my auctions from now on and I do not sell junk... If there's no get it now option available it's not going to be so don't ask if my starting price is higher than you think it should be too bad move on if you don't have enough credits to buy it & you really really want it... go earn credits.

Not familiar with the Nintendo ds, is the scratch on the screen where the games show up? Fanned and watching!

I do not, and will not EVER sell an electronic item that is not working UNLESS I TELL YOU IT IS NOT WORKING.. That is the closest to a promise I am going to give. I will always fully disclose on any issues. I have played this system to check the buttons and screen etc. it is working GREAT!!

I see the bottom touch screen working, could you possibly add a pic of the top one that you look at while playing a game working as well? I have been burnt many times and I am extremely cautious now. You may promise it works, but I would like to see it for my self.

No I'm sorry I cannot do that. You see there's not enough time left on the clock, and Listia will no longer allow me to make changes or add photos.
