Gorgeous authentic sapphire heart necklace. the pave' setting on the other side of the heart sets the appearance of diamonds. this piece is set in .925 sterling silver woth an overylay of 18kt yellow gold. wear and endure just like gold. have sold a great deal of this type combo and have never had an complaints. please ask any questions before bidding. it may take me a while as i have another job selling on another website. thanks in advance and happy bidding
