can you give the measurements from armpit to armpit and from shoulder to hemline?

Armpit to armpit as best as I can measure is 17 1/2 inches and shoulder to hemline is 30" as best as I can measure. It was the perfect length for me. Not too short and not too long and I have big boobs. It was extremely difficult to find clothes that look nice and don't cost a million dollars and most importantly for me, not too hot!! So I don't sweat to death :)

Ice silk and when i checked the label it said 2x instead of 3x

I thought it was a 3x because all my other dresses marked 3x fit the same as this one.
