They're for all kinds of papercraft projects.You glue them onto other things as decoration. They are the right size to glue into those bottle caps also. You could also glue little faux jewels on them. You could use them for decoupage projects if you want, or pour resin over them in a bezel cup, glue those glass "stones" on top of them, they'd be great in mixed media art, etc.

The only thing I can think of that they don't do is that you wouldn't want to submerge them in water because although they have a foil surface on one side, the other side is permeable, as it's uncoated.
