Description

The listing, Conan the Barbarian #1 has ended.

Conan the Barbarian #1 (first printing) from 1970 (Marvel).

Issue in the auction is in fine to very fine condition. The fold is rolled, but flat. There are stress marks at the staples, as well as along the upper edge of the cover. Edges show noticeable wear, and the cover shows some slight fading, but still retains its gloss. Estimated grade of 7.0-8.0. (Stock photo shown - detailed photos of actual condition available on request.)

PayPal ONLY. Combined shipping on my comics auctions will be $2 for each auction won after the first. (Don't ask me to waive shipping - I'm just as broke as you are.)
Questions & Comments

By request, I have taken detailed pictures of the actual item. Unfortunately, I'm unable at this point to add them directly to the auction listing, but they can be found in a public album on my facebook page:

Sadly, we are overcast here in Louisville today, so sunlight wasn't that great, but the pictures were taken against standard printer paper, which was used to set the white/brightness level of the pictures, so each gives a fairly accurate representation of the comic. What doesn't come out in the photos is the cover gloss.

Hopefully, these will answer any questions.

Note: the facebook link in the message above got split. When you cut-and-paste, remove the space between "51" at the end of the first line and "001" at the beginning of the second line.
