Description

The listing, ***MORGANITE RING*** SIZE 6 18K GF A REAL SHOW STOPPER has ended.

Morganite...also known as a pink Emerald even though it comes in many delicate shades...this one is a pinkish tan. I am noticing in my pictures you can't tell the true color of the center stone. It matches the other stones which are truer to the correct color. There are five oval Morganite stones and ten white topaz for even more bling. This is what is written about Morganite: Morganite (Pink Beryl) gemstone meaning
Morganite is the stone of Divine Love. This delicate yet powerful stone opens one to the frequency of the universal heart.
Morganite attracts love and maintains it.
Morganite promotes abundance of the heart and prosperity of love.
It assists in connecting with Divine Love and angelic energies:
Helps to release unhealthy emotional patterns
Aids in developing trust
Brings a sense of joy and inner strength
Healing properties of Morganite
Morganite is used by healers to counter stress and stress-related illness. Asthma, heart problems, lung difficulties.
Now...that is what is written about Morganite. What I can say is, this is one of my favorite rings. A size 6, it is large enough to definitely be noticed, but it is delicate enough to not overpower. I hope the pictures convey the understated beauty of not only the Morganite, but the ring in its totality. I feel I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with this ring. Also, this ring is 18 K gold filled. Gold filled jewelry is made from solid gold and filled with other alloys such as rhodium (a member of the platinum family), brass, and sterling silver. Gold filled wears, looks and lasts like solid gold because its outer surface IS solid gold. In the jewelry industry the quantity of gold must be at least 1/20th by weight of the total product.
So there you have it...Morganite in a gold filled ring with added Topaz bling. Really a beautiful, beautiful piece.

I will be shipping on Saturdays since I can't seem to get to the Post Office while it is open on weekdays.

Since it is not solid gold or silver, I don't think I would take the chance. I do not know what the alloy metal is or if it can be sized. But I certainly thank you for looking and for your interest in my auction.

It is a size 6. I did put it in the title of the auction. I guess I need to put it in the body too. Thanks for your question.

You must have very, very slender fingers to be able to wear a 6 on your middle finger...but I think it would look good on that finger since it is such a large ring. Hummmm, To be politically correct, should I call it Reubenesque? :)

Beautiful ring! Do you know if it has any nickle in it? I think I'm allergic to nickle. Fanned and watching, regardless. Would like to have, even if I can only wear it for short periods.

I'm sorry...I really don't know what the alloy is, but it is completely covered with 18 karat gold, if that helps. I know I don't wear earrings anymore due to an allergy to what I believe is nickle. That was before all the hypoallergenic earrings came out. I could only wear 18K...two problems...where to find 18K and how to afford it when I did find it. Needless to say, don't wear them, don't miss them either.

Just a note to those who have a problem with allergies... a couple of coats of clear nail polish top coat will help that allergy. I had an allergy to yellow gold several years ago, and was told about this... solved my problem... Just be careful not to get the polish on the stones.

I do try to have a variety of sizes available. The last ring I auctioned was a 9. So keep coming back and checking...you never can tell when that just right ring will show up. I guess I should also try to get a concenus of the most popular ring size(s). Ladies?

NICE ring! But...Gold with a sterling center is called Vermeil, and it is quite a bit more expensive than gold filled, which has a base metal center, like you said, before the sterling possibility. Just honest FYI- From a new fan- who plans to bid on this one!

Thank you...I have always heard of Vermeil but I didn't realize it had the sterling base. I'll have to look into that more since I have been staying away from Vermeil thinking it was lower on the totum pole. I have learned something....thank you !
