you use it by sprinkling the loose glitter over your wet nails either by polishing them with clear or colored color......then you add a top coat of clear polish....Note place a paper plate of sheet of paper under your hands/finger to catch and reuse any glitter that falls as you sprinkle very pretty and lots of fun!!!
