So I added two more photos. From on the hanger and from the top strap it measures about 35 inches. Also the tag says the material is 76 % polyester. 17% metallic. 7% spandex. Also on a photo I added one of the straps looks off. It seems fixable, but I just don't have the time and I wouldn't want to make it worse. The metallic makes it look more sparkly in person and in my opinion the photos don't do the dress justice.
