This was bought brand new from Deb's or Charlotte Russe (I can't remember) online, and has been used, but is in great condition, w/ no stains, rips, or odors from non-smoking home. Brand is "On Twelfth". It's 56% cotton, 37% polyester, and 7% spandex. The last two pics are for you to get an idea of how they fit on me. I am 5'4, about 160 lbs, 36c and usually wear size L tops, and this fits me perfectly. It falls to a tad below my booty in the back, and the sides are angled down on the sides and go down near my knees. There is no tie or snap that this came with, this is an open, flowy top. It's about 37" from the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem on the front side, about 26" from the top of the tag straight down to the bottom hem of the back side of the shirt, and about 20" from armpit to armpit.
