These aren't 4 separate games it is final fantasy 8 and it is one game that is 4 discs long all 4 discs make one game as u progress thru the game u have to change to each disc in sequencial order starting with disc 1 and ending with disc 4

No I think PS1 games play on PS1 console.
I don't know why they didn't make it easier for the
public so everyone gets a new game
at $30=$50 a game that must be why.

Fyi to that lady that asked about the ps2. Yes you can play all ps1 on a ps2 but you have to have a ps1memory card inserted to save
