It has a magnetic snap top closure, double handles, 2 inside zip compartments, 2 open pockets, and 2 dividers. It is in great condition on the outside, but the top material on one inside divider is starting to pull away from the trim. It can probably be fixed. It measures 10 inches high, 13 inches wide and the bottom measures 3 5/8 inches across. The top opens 8 inches wide. Handle drop is 10 inches.
