I can try to make these to the elbow; they would probably look really nice that long!

I love the ones with the picot trim. I have seen these before and looked for your auctions on here!! I broke my wrist in May and when I got my cast off 3 weeks later, the splint they made me was uncomfortable so I was wishing for a pair of these to cushion my wrist bones under the splint. I don't want another break but still want the gloves!!!

Hey that's a good idea. These would be perfect to cushion your arm under a splint! I'm sorry you didn't find me in time =(

@Shannon141 also, as a beginner, it is much easier to start out with extremely simple patterns and master them before stepping up to other more complicated things. Like scarves - they are fast and can be very simple. They also make for good practice when learning new stitches and pattern stitches.

Thank you! I don't wear gloves often either, but every once in a while I wear a pair of these out to the store, or when I'm on the computer.
I make them with the same yarn I use for the hats. They are soft and versatile!

It took me some time to learn how to read in crochet language. But once you know what all the abbreviations mean, you can make anything! I am not on facebook much at all, so I don't know how much help I would be there! However, you can always find me here on Listia- I'm on here like 6 hours a day! lol

I am not allowed to give out the pattern, since the designer has placed copyright restrictions on it, but her patterns are available on etsy.
