Let me take a look. Try and find the part number on your motherboard incase I cant. Sometimes it's hard to find.

After looking up the model you gave me it looks like your good. Your board has the Intel G34 Express chipset and this processor is supported according to ark.intel.com. Worst case (which is highly unlikely) you may have to install a better cpu fan and heatsink to keep it cooler since the max TDP on this is 95W and your current CPU is at 65w. I've not had this problem with this upgrade using the stock fan and heatsink but it's still a good idea to keep an eye on the temps for a while after any upgrade, especially after a processor install.
