The listing, Thinning Shears has ended.

I don't remember the inches, but they are pretty small. Used to mainly thin out dead ends, but I used them for full head. Only used 3 times. I did wash them with disinfectant [Just because there is no way I'd "buy" a used hair product from someone if it was dirty, yuck]
