This is a Video card. IT is an AGP card I believe and it is by NO means top of the line, state of the art, current, or blah blah blah. What it IS, is a 64MB AGP video card with a DVI output that could possibly be an upgrade for a legacy machine you are playing around with. It might also have a niche ability that I don't know about. Shoot I recently found out that you could overclock a dual core intel chip from like 2.8GHz to 4.* GHz and run a spaceship with it, so like I said, it is what it is. Take it or leave it.
