The listing, A Beaded Woodland Enchantress Pendant has ended.

Created by jewelry artist Toni Talley.

The Woodland Enchantress is an artistic tribute to all Nature's Earth Mother by depicting her personal attributes of beauty, grace, and devotion to care for all.

Her lovely face is created with molded green clay, then mounted to leather, as a foundation to the collection of interesting tiny beads that create her.

This pendant is beaded in an age old Native American Indian technique known as Poyote Bead Stitching & accents of layered freeform bead.The Woodland Enchantress comes to life with a variety of autumn colored beads that cascade and drape around her face in hues of deep rich browns, plums, evergreens, and ambers. There are also glass leaves sewn into to bring the earthy element that enhance the personality known to The Woodland Enchantress.

***Measures 2-1/2 inches top to bottom.

***Estimated design time is in excess of 30 hours.

***Only good energy is allowed in my design environment :-)

***Simuliar designs in the Woodland Series have been auctioned to raise funds for charity. Highest bid was for $125!

fanned & watching. I also do this sort of bead work-I like Peyote stitch & the Comanche stitches, also Russian serpentine & herringbone stitches the best of all the beading stitches. I also create most of my own patterns.Beautiful work & choice of beads,the colors coordinate beautifully together!

What do you use to stop the beads from slipping off the ends? It is just lovely!

Hi Nocturnadawn! I like to tie a seed bead to the end of my string. The tied bead keeps the rest of the beads from sliding off the string. Make sure you count the tied seed bead as your first bead count. Let me know how this helps:-) Fanned you!
